I collaborated with the Brand team at Zendesk to create an explainer video that articulated their services and value for customers. I worked primarily on storyboards, visual style development, illustrations, backgrounds and character designs and concepts. We developed a theme incorporating “magic” and created a hand-painted feel with painterly textures. The explainer premiered at Relate, a flagship event that showcased product updates, customer stories and other exciting features.
